It is on the west coast of Scotland, in Ayrshire, overlooking Ailsa Craig, on a hillside, with the famous Turnberry Golf Links spread out below, and the Isle of Arran in the distance.

One of the very top hotels in Ayrshire Scotland, and top luxury collection hotels in Scotland are the kind of descriptions that we read before going.
In my life I have stayed in some luxury Scottish Hotels, but Turnberry is as good if not better than almost all the others.
The arrival is spectacular, the frontage amazing, and as we arrived in the evening a lone bagpiper was walking up and down outside the front playing some strirring tunes. The photographs I had seen of the imposing frontage actually didn't do the Turnberry Hotel justice. It looks massive and baronial.Accommodation at the Turnberry
It is always difficult to generalise about the accommodation in any hotel because it all depends on your personal thoughts about your bedroom or suite. What I can say is that our room was spacious, relatively close to the public rooms, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was more than adequate, and everything seemed almost like it had been recently decorated. The TV worked, the tea making facilities worked, so we were very happy.thank`s for all
